Man, my knees are hurting. I think it's because I've been trying to run too hard and now I'm suffering the consequences. I can't help but think that while I am running, I'm pounding my body into a less optimal state...biking seems so much easier on the body and you can still get a good cardio workout on it.
There has to be a better way to get my cardio...maybe those elliptical trainers...
On the flip side, I ran a 23:46 5k run! I'm inspired and ready to take on better challenges of running a sub 20 min run.. :)
