Cooking

So I'm on this cooking kick again, and let me tell you, my knife skills suck. A lot of times in the kitchen, I read a recipe, try to do the recipe, but things don't come naturally to me, so I have to plan it out in my mind...maybe I will get better with practice, but it'll be a while...maybe I should take a knife class so I would have some SKILLZ.... :)

It's been eye opening dating a girl. I suddenly realized that there were a lot of preconceived notions that are slowly being torn down and I really afraid for some reason that things are not going to turn out well down the road...maybe it's a lack of faith in myself to handle the adversity that I know is going to come down the line...*sigh* man, I thought I didn't have issues, but I have more issues to deal with than I thought. :)
