Too Hot.

Interesting weekend. I ended up canceling ultimate Frisbee because it was TOO hot...but evidently it wasn't too hot for 6 other guys. I guess they could have played, but oh well. I realized that I need to have company over more often (I had Dale & Holly over for Sunday lunch) because I would get off my lazy rear and actually clean the house to make it look presentable. It's strange, because while I dread cleaning, once I start doing it, I actually enjoy it...something therapeutic about it...I'm still a messy person tho. :)

I went bike riding with a couple of my bro's co-workers (he works at a bike shop) and I biffed for the 4th time because of the clipless pedals. one day I'll get used to it. Saturday was a interesting day. I ended up going to volleyball in the morning, biking 25 miles in the afternoon, and going out for dinner and movies with a couple of friends that evening. I did talk with a close friend of mine, and it turns out we are interested in the same girl! so we chatted about it, and I didn't want it to turn the friendship sour..(I'd rather lose the girl than lose the friendship.) But it turns out he was really nonchalant about it...basically it was 'let the best man win'. No hard feelings...I'll be the first to admit that I can't read people that well, so we'll see in the future what happens...
