Toxic Inputs

so on this theme of the information diet (which I'm realizing is kind of ironic because I'm writing this blog more and more...)

I realize that the inputs in my life have mostly been secular. I read secular non-fiction books on how to make more money, history, inspiring stories. And I wonder why I am struggling with my spiritual life? ;) So now I am committed to reading the Harvest '5 year' plan of reading books. I'm going to be taking the longer train, as that gives me an extra 10 min to read that I would be otherwise just wasting if I was at home. Hopefully then I would be able to get through all the books, although really, it's not about getting through all the books, it's about getting out of the books what God wants me to get out of them...
