At the behest of my small group members, I decided to listen to the Mars Hill church audio podcast with Marc Driscoll. I admit that I had a bit of a jaundiced view of the podcast initially, but after listening to the first couple of messages, it seems pretty solid and he brings up interesting points and things for me to ponder.
An update on the moody class...it is ironic that the very subject that we talked about at class, the class that I really did not want to go to yesterday, was...Spiritual Warfare. I found this ironic given the fact that I was struggling so much with not wanting to go and really stressing out about it. I should have recognized it as his demons working against me, but I am easily fooled. :) Needless to say, after the class, I really enjoyed class and found it very worthwhile to hear and listen.
