Oprah had on her show a satanist about 20 years ago, and I was able to watch an episode of that recently. Really disturbing stuff...human sacrifices, the defense from the high priest of the church of satan, etc, etc. Makes me realize that Satan IS prowling around, seeking to devour as it says in the Bible. I like to turn aside from the fact that Satan is active in this world, but that is just naive.
On the show, it was said that Satanists aren't just robe wearing weird people, but that they are attorneys, teachers, day care center admins, in all walks of life and they look just like me and you.
so what to do about it? Pray, because it is NOT against flesh and blood, but principalities and powers that we are fighting against...it's the Lord's battle, not ours.
deep in thought today...
