I never really thought of myself as an angry person, but yesterday was probably the angriest that I have gotten in a long time. Swear words were flying, fists were pounding the table, etc, etc...
It's a slippery slope, this anger...it feeds upon itself, growing stronger and stronger until you realize that it will consume you. Scary stuff for sure.
