Ok, so this chapter was kind of boring, since it just lists all the exiles that came back to Jerusalem. It is interesting because the houses were not built yet! And here we see the word God-fearing again., who was chosen as governor. It gets me thinking about fear and how do you fear God. It's been ingrained in me that God is a God of love, and so while you read about all the bad things that God can make you go through, that in the back of the mind I remember, but God still loves me, so what do I have to fear? Cause perfect love casts out fear.
A conundrum for sure...
