Why do I do this?

I end up watching x-men one night...starting at 11:30pm...stupid. I have this need to do things before I go to bed, stupid things like this. Then I pay for it the next day or week . It's fine that I can do this now while I am single and have plenty of free time to catch up, but what if you are a parent? Then you know that you don't have a chance where you can let up, and it's hard...so I know I need to be more disciplined about this later in life when I have more responsibilities
